The first group member signs up and receives access to a phoMo Recording Account

The user will then create a Google Meet and send a calendar invite to all additional members

The group will create a shared Note in the Notes App and members will add topics in preparation for the call 

During the meeting, a member logged into the phoMo account and will be sure to record the meeting in progress

After a meeting, an email link to the private podcast will be sent to all group members

Members who were in the meeting or not will subscribe and listen to the meeting recording in podcast form
